About the Black Thermal Long Sleeve
Black thermal is the cold-weather staple for streetwear brands: an oversized 100% cotton waffle knit with weight and texture, made in the USA and built to be worn hard. The dark ground turns white and light-ink graphics into the focus of the piece, and the waffle texture softens large fills into something that reads more like a vintage sportswear print than a flat transfer.
Four print zones come with it — 24 × 24″ on the front, 24 × 24″ on the back and 5 × 19″ on each sleeve — so a single blank can carry a back graphic, a chest logo and a sleeve wordmark in one order. Our direct-to-garment line prints a white underbase on dark fabric automatically, which is what keeps colors bright on black.
