Your customer buys from your store at your price. The paid order lands in our production queue within seconds. You keep the difference.
Printed in North Bergen, NJ — usually within 72 hours — and shipped under your brand: your neck label inside, your name on the box and the packing slip, no NYC Factory anywhere. Tracking is pushed back to your store and your customer.

When an order is received — blank, print and estimated shipping in one charge; the shipping difference is settled when the label prints. Shopify stores on the Brand plan are billed for the plan through Shopify.
No. One piece prints the same as a hundred, at the same price.
2–3 business days from order to the truck for direct-to-garment prints; embroidery and specialty finishes take 3–7. Every order shows the day we expect to ship it — if we run late we tell you first.
Yes. Samples and bulk orders go to any address from your workspace, at the same cost as customer orders.
Print defects, wrong items, transit damage and missing pieces are reprinted free or refunded — report it from the order page with a photo within 30 days of delivery.
You do. We store it only to print your orders and you can delete designs any time.
