Talk to usIs there a minimum order?
No. One piece prints at the same quality and price structure as a thousand. Order a single sample, sell one unit, scale when you're ready.
How fast is production?
Orders in by noon ET enter production the same day, and most ship within 72 hours from North Bergen, NJ — two miles from Manhattan.
Where are the blanks made?
In the USA. Our blanks are cut, sewn, printed, embroidered and packed under one roof in North Bergen, New Jersey. Nothing goes overseas and nothing goes to a partner plant.
How big can I print?
Up to 24 × 24″ on the chest or back — the largest DTG print area in the market — and 5 × 19″ on sleeves. Multi-zone products such as shorts print per panel. Embroidery is right in the design editor on selected blanks — left chest and back, up to 15 × 17″. Puff and screen print are available too.
Will my customer see NYC Factory anywhere?
No. Every order is blind-shipped: your neck label inside, your name on the box and the packing slip, and the tracking number pushed straight back to your store.
Which stores can I connect?
Shopify and WooCommerce today — connect from your workspace and products, orders and tracking sync by themselves. TikTok Shop and Etsy are next. You can also place orders by hand from your workspace, or send them from any website through the API.
How does pricing work?
Every account pays our 10-piece bulk price from the first piece — the same price whether you order one or a hundred. Brand ($60 a month) takes 5% off on all products on top and prints your neck label on every order. Shipping is a flat $5.95 anywhere in the US (+$2 each extra item; Express $17.95). You set the retail price and keep the difference.
